Suzanne Somers Goes All in for Trump… Admits Her Career Is Now Over Suzanne Somers Goes All In For Trump… Admits Her Career Is Now Over

Liberals claim to be all about “diversity” — unless someone dares to have a diverging opinion in Hollywood.
Several well-known celebrities have already spoken out about a sort of “blacklisting” taking place in the entertainment industry. It’s well-known that La-La Land leans left, and conservatives have noticed that they quickly get the cold shoulder if they refuse to tow the Democrat line.
That alarming trend was just acknowledged by one of the biggest stars from a golden age of sitcoms: Suzanne Somers.
TMZ recently caught up with the “Three’s Company” star in Los Angeles, and tossed out a few questions about Donald Trump.
“It’s Trump’s one year anniversary,” the paparazzi prompted as the long-established star was leaving a restaurant.

“I’m happy about him,” Somers replied. “I’m happy that the economy’s doing so much better,” she said, referring to the booming stock market and recent tax cuts.

Somers may have risen to fame for playing a ditsy blonde, but she knows a few things about business in real life.
According to Business Insider, the actress has an estimated net worth of $100 million, earned not only through her television work but also through various product lines that are under the Somers brand.
The entertainer might not be worried about her next paycheck, but she did acknowledge that even saying a positive word about President Trump would spell career suicide for nearly anyone in Hollywood.
“That’s cool to hear someone say that in Los Angeles, because it’s a very opposing side to take,” the TMZ reporter said.
“Very rare,” Somers responded. “And now my career is over!” she added with a laugh.
The 71-year-old TV veteran may not actually be concerned about her career at this stage, but the comment rings true for many other conservatives in Hollywood — especially people who are still trying to break into the industry but are forced to keep their political views hidden.

Fellow sitcom star Tim Allen recently spoke out about the same problem. His show “Last Man Standing” was canceled by ABC not long ago, and Allen believes his outspoken conservatism may have been a factor.
“There’s is nothing more dangerous, especially in this climate, than a funny, likable conservative,” he said last year.
“(ABC) couldn’t have handled this worse. Not for me, because I’ll survive, but there’s 190 of us that work there,” Allen said. “It’s hard. I have no idea why they did what they did.”
“You gotta be real careful around here, you know. You’ll get beat up if you don’t believe what everybody believes,” the “Home Improvement” and “Toy Story” actor also said during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel’s show.
There are of course more conservatives in Hollywood than just Allen and Somers, but the fact that so many have to essentially stay underground in order to keep their careers alive says a lot about the left.
For all the bumper stick slogans like “coexist” and “tolerance,” there’s a shocking amount of intolerance among liberals when it comes to intellectual diversity… and it’s about time this hypocrisy was called out.
